Invitation to ALL Derbyshire hockey clubs, from Paul Smith, our EH Relationship Manager.

I am looking to hold a Derbyshire Clubs’ Forum on Monday 11th February 2019 7pm - 9pm at Belper HC.

The purpose of the forum is two fold, firstly I’d like to share some information we have from your affiliation data, but secondly (and more importantly) I’d like it to be a forum where clubs come together to discuss common issues and find solutions.  To this end could I please ask each club to give me their top 3 issues at the moment.  That could be anything from lack of umpires through to kit suppliers and everything in-between.  I will then compile a list of the most common themes and we can then discuss these on the evening and hopefully find solutions, or development a plan to get us there.

As a little incentive, for each club that attends I will have a data pack that provides you with some detailed insight into your membership over the past 5 years.  This should help you identify where you’re growing or shrinking and will be a useful starting point for future planning.

Could you all please let me have your three issues and I’ll get to work on a plan!
